My first for a session was excellent!! The Counselor Edwin made me feel very comfortable after a few minutes of being with him.

Went personally for my son to be evaluated. Kathie from the front office was very accommodating and professional. Had the evaluation the same day. Will come back for sessions and add reviews later.

In this world filled with anxiety, addiction and worries I think it should be public knowledge and a warning to anyone choosing this place, specifically Mary Taylor as a counselor. I have witnessed unprofessionalism, biased and conflicting views straight from her. She has no boundaries between client and the professional. As a spouse of someone who has seen her, Mary rides the line of going too far. Maybe because she wants to ride my husband? I say that not as a jealous scorned wife, but because people should not leave with the feeling that the counselor has motives, other than doing their job. I have been in a session with her and the the very next session the next week she shares something completely different leading me to believe she has no real values or methods, just lets her emotions of the day lead her sessions. Mary Taylor is looking to leave this practice, and I can only imagine its so she has nobody watching what she does.

I was really looking forward to working with Jeanna, but after meeting her I would not recommend my worst enemy go to her. After some confusion was cleared up, she lacked compassion, empathy, had an edge and was petty. I have seen a few therapists over the years, have gotten along with most of them but not all, but I have never been treated as unprofessionally and unkindly as I was by Jeanna. She not only lacked compassion, she was petty. Not all personalities are good matches and that is understandable. She was harsh and had an edge the entire time because there was some confusion and I had attended the session under false pretenses. Naturally, when this came to light in the middle of the session, I was confused and anxious. This woman couldnt have been less understanding or compassionate. At the end she told the person I came with it was nice to meet them and said nothing to me. That was the final straw and was so beyond petty, childish, and rude, neither of us will be back. I dont care if you dont like me personally, have the professionalism to be cordial. Her edginess, harshness, and rudeness was so overly pronounced it was would have been comical had she not been a mental health professional. It was traumatizing since we came to this woman for help. She suggested we schedule at least four more weekly sessions, but we left without scheduling a single session. We will be going elsewhere with providers who are compassionate, kind, and understanding.

Amazing experience with the two counselors Theresa and Britt. These two dont judge you off a bad moment in your life rather than be the hand that helps you get your life back on track. Sometimes all people need is just one person to make them feel wanted and safe to start feeling again which these two wonderful people do everyday. I highly recommend this place not only for these two but their staff making my life easier to just get this done with the ease of making appointments to fixing any issues that came up. The safety council group was always refreshing with new topics every week to discuss a different approach on how to view life and life choices. Theresa made this a great experience by her ability to relate to others, unlimited capacity to take ones viewpoint in life and see the realistic path to better their life and just her attitude every week regardless of whats going on in her world making everyone feel welcome. I wouldnt be here today without Britts elaborate view points on life to all situations that were brought up he always was able to make me feel that my choices in life never defined me but rather gave me more tools for my tool box to help others. Im truly blessed to have met these two individuals with such great hearts with the ability to create a bond with anyone walking through their doors so thank!
