My husband and I have lived at Villa Medici for over 3.5 years. We have had dealings with the management on several occasions and have always found them helpful and respectful. Noelle has always responded promptly to emails and has resolved our issues or provided information to help us. We have never had our car or our visitors' cars towed - as long as your guests park in the visitor parking spaces, they will be quite fine. As far as the entrance arm lowering onto the roofs on vehicles, this only occurs if a vehicle is trying to tailgate into the facility rather than having a legitimate means of entry, i.e., a clicker, a card, or a resident granting them entry. We have enjoyed living here and hearing hooty owls and seeing deer from time to time.

We've enjoyed renting here, the management has been super nice to us since day one. The same goes for the residents we've met.
