Point Meadows Place Condominium Association

Hoa is over 400. Was essentially doubled due to new laws,inflation and to get the complex up to speed on Maintenance including elevators roofs etc. Maintenance ie cleaning in the buildings is non existant at the moment due to massive turnover. Hope is it will get better but. I am posting this as a heads up to buyer's.

The is a condo complex that has been very proactive in reacting to requests and in keeping the grounds very well maintained. The complex is unusual in its quality in that it has block construction (durable, insulated, etc.), and the HOA includes not only maintenance, pest control, garbage, etc. but also WATER - Can't believe how quiet and how low my utility are, even with all the windows and patio!!!

Ive been an owner here for four years and a longtime condo owner at two other places. The condos here all have a great layout and are much roomier than typical area condos. Ive been extremely satisfied with the amenities and community living conditions.

This place has been a problem since I moved in. First, my husband gets treated like a child about a parking spot we're allowed to park in, on the day we move in. The board of directors gets told by their management office that there are things they need to address, the management gets fired, and the BOD does not supply us with a contact and the condo association president rings my doorbell at 8am & 9pm to tell me about bleaching the hall ways that have not been bleached since I moved in just this last October. I cannot wait to move out. I've had better treatment in a cheap apartment. Unprofessional, unorganized, inconsiderate, harassing & unreasonable. I thought this was a place I could raise my newborn in peace, I was wrong.
