Went there to watch my son put in some windows in a condo for his work. Very spacious upstairs, I was surprised at how roomy it was. End of a street also so if you go in here you must live here.

super cute condo complex on the water in the center of everything yet secluded. 10 to 15 min drive to the ocean and downtown.

It is so quite.... neighbors are so friendly.
The pools (all three) are nice...it is a great place to live..HOA..on top of things..we have a new roof..and we are getting new equipment on the play ground.. We are very happy here
Safe place to live...its a great place to walk your dog..or just to go walking.
