Was a loyal customer referred you guys several times and its disappointing that the conversation with you today left me feeling like my loyalty ( as a owner of your product) was a waste of my time as clearly what I was seeking was met with opposition and unwillingness to give customer service. My referral said that it was not a place she wanted to use from the phone conversation last week. Maybe you should call back Zack and have him teach some phone etiquette! Your business will not make it with that type Is treatment! And the credit that was to me on my account for the 37.00 you kept it from me so I hope you enjoyed it

This is not correct about the purchases I never purchased a laptop you were to credit my account for the usb to hdmi adapter as it was malfunctioned and returned to you guys. My laptop was what I bought for repair and was told the keyboard had to be replaced. Never got it back from you all as it was not located in the shop, as well as I bought a desktop and monitor which I questioned about. Never the less I was wronged by you all enjoy the laptop and 37 dollars. Clearly me as a customer doesnt matter because it appears that this customer knowing what she is right about doesnt matter.
