        If you ask for a 30 min massage, you will actually get 20 min massage. I did not know that. I was never told that even if your therapist is late by 3 mins, it's your fault. I was charged for full 30 mins and got a 20 min massage, that too only back. Until asked, they don't touch your legs or hands. Not as per your needs, just random .
