KFC

Tried to order 8 drumsticks at drive through. Was told it wasn't a regular KFC and they couldn't sell 8 drumsticks. I asked how many I could get and they said 4 so I ordered 4 plus 2 biscuits - $12.85. Got home and opened order and there was 1 drumstick and 1 biscuit. 2 Stars because the person taking orders was nice. - Update - I returned to the store the next day and explained the situation. I brought my receipt and the single bone from the chicken and asked for my remaining 3 drumsticks. They declined and offered a single drumstick. I declined. I have now spent $12.85 on a single drumstick. I'm going to follow up with my credit card company and see if I can stop payment. Still unable to get the word on why you can't buy 8 drumsticks.

Man, the lousy rating for this place is well earned. Only ordered delivery from this location because it was the closest. Not worth it. Wrong items and missing items. It wasn't a complicated order, nor was it made during dinner rush. Makes me concerned about food safety if they're this careless overall. Edit: oh, I forgot to mention the sauces. Had to throw out more than half of them because they were punctured! Crescent shaped holes, like someone dug their fingernail into it.

The staff was nice enough. The food was cold, and the restaurant was pretty dirty. The kitchen didn't look too bad though. My wife found that there was no soap in the ladies room. This one used to be better, but has really gone downhill.
