Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Been to this zaxbys many times, same result drive thru is so slow it literally takes 30 mins to get through the line and get your food. I have never seen a more slow drive thru. Definitely needs some work on how to get the process rolling faster. The staff take forever to take your order at the speaker, always telling you to hold when there is no cars in front of you at the food window. Very poor service and very much waste of time to go here!

Very poor service, lack of urgency in taking care of customers in a timely fashion. Poorly managed during the afternoon hours. It can take upwards of 20 minutes to get your food. Being located in an industrial area most of the customers are working at the time they choose to spend there money at this location. Most days several people leave to buy Burger King just to be able to eat on a lunch break. They instruct cars to pay and pull to the side. People parked in the fire lanes creating opportunity for accidents. Management cares little regarding liability of creating a log jam in the parking lot. The staff is not up to par and truly doing the Zaxby's name a huge disservice. If you don't have 30 minutes to waste don't stop in that drive thru.
