Ortega Outdoors Kayak Rental & Wakeboard

Booked 1 hour kayak rental, was a little confusing to find the location. Friendly staff. Helpful with directions on the water for the time frame we had. Comfortable and clean kayak. Was a sit on top kayak and if you are not a frequent or comfortable kayaker this might not be ideal for you. They asked that we bring up the kayaks, life vests and paddles. I don't mind at all but given that we paid a service and tipped the staff, i just think that isn't something that should be the renters responsibility. Overall a great experience and would recommend for friends or couples looking for a cheap fun outdoor activity.

Had a great time here!! Staff was great and Xavier was so friendly and super accommodating. The jet skis were nice and lots of room for open jet skiing!! Highly recommend if youre looking for something different to do in Jax!

Really like this place and owner very friendly. Deduct one star since its in a marina and the wake from boats was annoying and got us more wet than normal. Not their fault though.

Great experience. This is great place to rent jet skis and kayaks. Very friendly people and great customer service. They are small business but are doing everything right. Been coming here for a while and have always had fun.
