Richelieu JACKSONVILLE

The staff is very unprofessional with terrible attitudes. I keep giving them another chance and I dont know why. I will not be using these guys for anything again after 12 years of business. Cooperate needs to take a close look at the staff at this location..

Great store! Stocked or ordered everything we needed in all various sizes! Heading back again! Great service, too!

I stopped by to pick up hardware and the front counter sales guy stated the showroom was closed and that I would have to go around the building to shipping and receiving and get things from them. The warehouse/ shipping/ receiving guy stated he couldn't help me or even got on the computer, and that the guy up front that sent me around back had now left for the day. They should've just put a sign on the door that this location is no longer interested in selling any products.

I was looking for a lazy susan corner door hinge and spent about an 1/2 hour at the local big box store and couldn't find what I needed. I went back to my office and Googled the name of the hinge manufacturer and found what I was looking for. I then Googled cabinet hinges near me and Richelieu popped up. 10 minutes later I had the replacement hinge in my hand. It doesn't get any better than that!!

One star may be two many. Having cabinets built locally for a floor to ceiling wall unit 12' across. Cabinet maker recommended a couple of Richelieu designs. Wanted to see the products in person before deciding. Went to the Jacksonville outlet and explained the situation to the unmotivated counterman. Told him we just wanted to see a sample and the cabinet maker would make the purchase (3 times). He explained that they were wholesale only and only the "green dotted" display items were available in Florida. We were looking for specific items identified on the Richelieu website and had product numbers. Counter man never left his chair in front of his computer to assist, and could not point to a specific display where the items could be found. Manager in back room listening opened up when the counterman asked a question. "Wholesale only" was the reply. All we were looking for was a sample to view. Pathetic. Left the facility with confidence that no Richelieu products will darken our condominium's cabinets.
