Hi, I also worked with Ben Marius as a cold caller to his real estate business (house investors Florida) our agreement is for him to pay me 5usd per hour. We all know that in a real estate industry its not that easy to get motivated sellers because we are weighing how motivated those leads are. But he is requiring me to get 15-20 motivated sellers on a daily basis. Ben Marius of Marius LLC (Launch a cloud) just removed me from our team group chat on Skype without even me knowing that he replaced me by someone. That's totally fine with me if he's not satisfied with me giving him 5-10 motivated leads in daily. But what's worst is, he didn't pay me for the last week i worked with him that worth 168usd. I am a Filipino virtual assistant as well and this is the first time i encountered this. I am working for my family and i would also like to have my justice on this. Every single cent is very important to us Filipinos. Moving forward i also have enough proofs regarding this .So to anyone who's reading this please don't ever work with this person (Ben Marius) his Skype is localmarkter , company is Marius LLC and launch a cloud.
