My mom was having an issue with the local electric company. After reaching out to JEA and speaking with customer service with no help. She was advised to make a complaint through the BBB. Almost immediately someone called my mom in an effort to find a solution to the problem. After a investigation, they were able to find out the meter wasn't reading properly and needed to be replaced. Without the help of BBB of NE Florida my mom would've been stuck paying for something she didn't use.She is on a fixed income so this was definitely a worry for her. She was very happy and pleased at the outcome. My mom doesn't know how to use Google reviews so I am leaving this message of thanks from her to you all.Thank you so much for all your help!
