Eight months ago, this senior woman found herself at a crossroad. Vickie is amazing! I wrestled with the idea of writing my own business plan to save money, but my business is very important and building a strong foundation is essential, so I researched and reached out to some consultants. Hiring Vickie to write my business plan was a great decision and investment! It truly felt like she worked with me, not for me; she internalized my vision and inserted her expertise. Working with Victoria Sydorowicz was one of the best decisions I made in my career! After facing a layoff and my 50th birthday at the same time, it seemed like the right time to re-evaluate where I wanted to go in my life and my career. Vickie took the time to really help me figure out what direction would bring out my best self and she helped me with the tools I needed to redefine my goals. We overhauled my resume and added some focus to building my network. We also discussed how I could make changes after I felt some of the interviews didn't go as well as I had hoped. She had great ideas for how to be a better listener and how to manage my enthusiasm when I felt I was becoming too excited or intense in the interview. The end result was that I landed a spectacular job that exceeded my expectations within two months. Preparing for the emotions and tasks required when life hits you with the unexpected, such as a job loss, can be daunting. Knowing that Vickie was there each week, helped me maintain my stamina and helped lift the burden of me obsessively talking about job hunting with my spouse.
