Stopped in to get a look at some pavers. Some lady in the front office wasnt very nice or even helpful. She had no clue about the difference on travertine vs porcelain pavers that they carry. We are doing a new build but said she could only give me the more expensive price even though I am using a builder. I just walked out!! Go somewhere else. Bad reviews online of installation. First impression was terrible.

After having my pavers installed and immediately noticing issues, my installer reached out to Oldcastle and was told the rep Jeremiah would come out and look at my pavers. After months he said he came out but had not yet. I went into the store and Jeremiah was there. This is over one year after the installation. He told me he remembers talking to my installer but thats it. We met at my property March 22 and during the meeting he told me he sees the issue and that he would get product to take care of it. Its been nothing but the runaround since. Cannot believe a customer has been treated this way. Ask your installer where hes getting his pavers before you pay.

Amazing showroom. Great variety of stone, cultured stone and masonry supplies. Bill was super helpful and experienced. Highly reccomend!
