I have not been to this store physically as I currently live in WA state but I have ordered two preorders with them for a specific author. The first one went flawlessly, the second preorder though had a little issue. The special items that came with the preorder were mistakenly and obviously not intentionally missed in my box. When I contacted the store via email after hours, the next morning I received a very apologetic email. Then the following day received tracking information for the package that contained the missing special preorder items! I appreciate the quickness and being able to resolve my issue. Overall a great company and I will continue to shop local with them! Thank you!

Ive ordered with Femme Fire Books online a couple times now and have been so happy with the speed I get my books!! Ive also reached out to their team with questions and theyre so nice and responsive. Hoping to visit in person one day, but until then, happy to support online!

My favorite local indie bookstore. And I don't even live in Jacksonville, I live north of Orlando. This place isn't afraid to be bold and speak out about important political, social and economic issues. Carrying books that you normally don't see or see crammed into a little section at other bookstores. I love their community events. Thank you for being around !
