We had a great experience with Rafael Inc. Nick was very responsive, attentive and professional & Albert, the contractor, was great. We had a full Kitchen remodel and as stressful as remodels can be our experience was pretty much stress free. Our kitchen looks amazing and we plan on using Nick and the team for our next project.

Rafael Inc (specifically Nick - Project manager) did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. I am one that wants to be kept in the loop at all times. Nick did just that. I knew when trades were going to be there and what trades were coming. I was informed of delays and progress. Nick was very responsive to my questions and concerns and responded by all means available - phone calls, text and emails. Nick made trips to suppliers to pick up materials that I had ordered and delivered them to the job site. I am retired military and can be extremely nit picky and detail oriented. I was very pleased with the work ethics of the tradesmen and punctuality as well. I highly recommend using Rafael Inc for large and small projects.

Nick was our salesman, planner, designer and project manager. He was patient, good communicator and knowledgeable builder. We hired Rafael to remodel our master bathroom, pantry and laundry room. The project was large and we had our challenges. But everything was taken care of in a timely manner..For every good project manager, Nick made sure he had a GREAT onsite supervisor (Albert). I cant say enough good things about him. Albert is that on site contractor YOU want on your project. He did everything. Even the small stuff like cleaning up after a long day work, and making sure you were happy before he left..He had a fabulous crew of skilled builders (tile, sheetrock, electrician, plumbers etc). My wife and I are very happy with our new remodel rooms. Thank you for everything, and I appreciate all your hard work.

Nick was our representative from Rafael - he was on time, professional, excellent at understanding what we needed. He was knowledgeable and his drawings were on point. He followed up; great customer service.
