I have done some thinking about how the service industry has greatly deteriorated in Jacksonville over the past 2 years. My goal now, is to use my experiences to highlight good and bad and let you decide. -Time was not respected at all my boarder was late on three occasions by 30 minutes or more. -Spend more time talking to each other than perfecting their craft. -Haircut was at mediocre at best invalidating the cost. This is an example of a place that should be avoided due to poor communication, poor experience, and poor value. Please view my 5 star reviews that are worthy of your hard earned money!

I recently took my nephew to Elite Barber Studio Jax for a much-needed haircut, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. They took the time to listen to our preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on their expertise. It was evident that these barbers were not only skilled in their craft but also genuinely passionate about delivering top-notch service to their customers. The attention to detail exhibited during the haircut was absolutely remarkable. Each movement of the scissors, every stroke of the clippers, was executed with precision and care. The barbers worked diligently to ensure that my nephew's desired haircut was achieved flawlessly. They paid close attention to every strand of hair, ensuring a clean and impeccable result. Moreover, the barbershop itself was well-maintained and hygienic. The tools and equipment used were sanitized regularly, giving us peace of mind during these challenging times. The ambiance of the facility was incredibly inviting, featuring modern dcor and comfortable seating arrangements. It created a laid-back atmosphere that complemented the overall experience. 100% recommended.
