Regions Bank

Dont go to this bank there brand manager Kisha is one of the nastiest managers I have ever met. Refuse to help me even though they said they could on customer service. She argued with me in front of the staff and disrespected me.

The people here are about as immature as it can get. Walking in here isnt like most banks, its like high school. As soon as you walk in, they either get loud gossiping or get quiet then act like they own the bank themselves. Today, there was a car broke down in the parking lot. Not only will they not do anything about it, they got an attitude when we told them we could help them get the car moved. They let the lady be aggressive to me for saying something (the owner of the car) and couldnt put any kind of note on the car to let the other customers in the parking lot know its broke down. I go to different banks all the time, including td bank, Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, and other credit unions. When I say this place is unprofessional, that is a joking understatement. I will be canceling my membership this week. This was my last straw with this bank. And Ill let corporate know that this specific branch is why my company will no longer be banking with Regions.
