Worst bank I've ever had. They constantly hold checks for 7 to 10 days at a time and the staff is never helpful nor do they care at all about any of your concerns.

Tried going to this Chase after reading all the bad reviews for the town center location. The lady that helped me open an account was very helpful and kind. However when I was trying to open a managed account with the financial advisor Glenn at this location, the whole process ended up being a waste of time. After several in person meetings and him drafting a plan for me, the following months he regularly bailed on meetings that we scheduled. I would email him the day of, to confirm we were still meeting and if it would be over the phone, to which he would respond yes. Once the schedule time came? Nothing. Even if I would call after waiting by my phone and leave a voicemail, he would never follow up. A simple Im not taking new clients at the moment would have been way more professional than not following through with our scheduled meetings. Gladly took my money elsewhere to be managed.
