        If I could give them 0 stars I would. I brought the car in at 11 AM for assessing wether the windows work or not (and they evidently dont I showed the service staff this upon arrival by demonstrating it to them) and I asked for a quote for how much it would cost to install a new window motor. After waiting 2 hours, I asked if they knew anything and they impolitely, as if they were bothered by my question, told me my mechanic had gone out to lunch. I waited another hour and at 3 PM they told me it would cost close to $2,000 dollars to fix. I dont understand why it took them 4 hours to find the price of what I told them initially was what I needed quoted 4 hours!!!! I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO DUVAL FORD!
