Very pricey. You pay even if they don't do any work. You pay for once they touch your car!!

Pro-they are close to my house and can service you quickly Con-the prices are so high. They offer a Costco member discount but I didnt find that out until I had $2700 of work done (started out as spark plugs and transmission fluid change but continued to balloon). They would not retroactively honor the discount, which would've saved me hundreds of dollars. Whatever-I returned again a few months later when my check engine light came on. I had the necessary work done, and also got upsold into tires and a brake cleaning. I agreed. But heres the final kicker. Somewhere along the way when my tires were being changed and rotated, a small metal piece was lost. There was a small metal cap covering the bolt pictured here in the center (ford logo was not on it, it was plain silver). When I picked up the car I was surprised to see it looked that way but was so thankful to have my car up and running I didnt think much of it. I also had no way to prove it, but I swear on my life that piece was not missing before. My car absolutely did not look the way it looks in the photo now!!! In the past month that bolt has gotten EXTREMELY rusty very fast, which is aesthetically horrible and probably not good for the health of the vehicle. I just had a Facebook memory pop up that pictured my wheel with the small metal piece on one wheel, which confirmed for me I wasnt imagining things I have included a photo from January 8 when I was contemplating selling the car instead of servicing it. There was one wheel that has a smaller silver piece covering the center (not the ford logo as in the picture) but sadly I dont have photo evidence. On the positive side-Mark called and offered to get that part replaced for me
