AutoZone Auto Parts

I went in to buy a product to remove a door ding on my car. The gentleman came out to the parking lot to see the door ding so that he could recommend the right product. He then told me i could probably remove it with a rag and soapy water - and he was right. I appreciate his honesty in not selling me a product that I did not need. This will be my go-to auto parts store from now on!

Actually went back to the guy at the counter school thanked him. My check engine light started damn blinking and I've never seen that before. He hooked it up to the diagnostic tool, found it to be v6 was misfiring on my Armada. Spent less than a bill on the coil pack, plug, and a wrench. How he described how to replace the coil and plug was dead on and I had it running in 10 min. Good job guys! And Lady.

Excellent service! I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help, and John J was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find the parts I needed and the few that AutoZone did not have he helped me figure out where I could get them. He was helpful in managing cost while also making sure I find the right part at AutoZone. He also provided clear instructions on what I would need to do to make those parts work. Despite my ignorance he was friendly and helpful. After an extremely difficult day, I really appreciated his help!
