I'm happy that the time was taken to make sure my vehicle was done right. However, the delays really stressed my nerves because I had to alter my plans several times due to several delays. It would have been nice to be compensated with a reduced out of pocket amount. The receptionist was nonchalant when I asked to speak with management, saying there was no management on sight nor available to discuss my issue. She was only able to dispense the vehicle and receive the deductible. Poor customer service.

Manager Lori Walker is unprofessional and treats her customers and coworkers like they do not matter. She has no regard for others and She will fix your car the way she See's fit regardless of rules and regulations. I would not trust this woman to take in your vehicle. She hires the homeless under the table to clean vehicles for her without corporate knowledge which is why there are so many complaints about vehicles being unclean.
