Thanks to your tireless efforts and expertise, I am thrilled to report that I have finally received my COU, and it wouldn't have been possible without your help. From the outset, you both demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication, walking me through every step of the process and ensuring that I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Your willingness to go above and beyond to help me achieve my goals did not go unnoticed, and I am extremely grateful for your assistance. I had an evaluation call with Rob. Even though our project was much smaller in scope than what ZINN normally does, Rob was extremely professional and brainstormed some ideas/approaches we can consider for our reno. It was very helpful discussing our project with Rob because he suggested options to consider as well as gave us an insight of how some of the options may play out. Hearing that from an architect was very reassuring. He also provided several referrals, very helpful also.

Rob Zinn and his architecture/interior planning team are my firm's go to professionals for Life Safety drawings and other City of Jacksonville building permitting requirements that our customers are faced with; Rob is known for his speedy responses, fair pricing and excellent quality products, particularly, in my firm's case, for Certificate of Use ("COU") requirements our customers are obliged to comply with. Robs work has pulled scores of prospective projects "out of the fire". Atwill LLC has worked closely with Rob's firm for nearly 15 years... if you haven't already, give them a try. I've worked with Zinn (specifically Kassia and Meg) on many different projects over the years and they are always very passionate and involved in the design process with their clients. We have used Zinn Architecture several times for interior and exterior project plans. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. Once we started our construction, having our plans in place with explicit details made our renovations run exceptionally smooth. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family and will continue to recommend them in the future. (Renovation plans created for: full kitchen/living room/office open concept, 3 bathroom renovations, and backyard exterior/pool/patio plans)
