Dan's Fan City

Ryland was extremely knowledgable and helpful in picking the right fans for our home. He went over all of our options without pushing us to get any specific fan but instead gave us all of the information needed for us to make the right decision. He was very friendly as well.

I finally got a chance to sit down and write this review. Paul Rizzo is a man of his words. When I ran into installation issues, I called him, like he had mentioned, so we could troubleshoot. When I showed him the spaghetti wires coming out of the electrical box, he suggested help from an electrician...for my safety. I valued his input and the fact that he stuck to his promises. The fans are up and running. I highly recommend Dan's Fan City. They're very knowledgeable, charismatic and put you at ease. Shopping experience was excellent.

First let me start off by saying my brother is a handyman. I sometimes help him in his business when I am free on the weekends to do so. We both live a mile apart in Jacksonville Florida. I moved down here about two years ago but recently wanted to change my living room fan out but had not found the one I was sold on. Often standing off to the side and hearing my brother Mark recommend to many of his customers that if you want to change that fan out, there is only one place to go to get a quality fan at a competitive price. Dansfanscity! Knowing that he himself owns four fans from the same place tells me all I need to know. You can buy junk, or you can buy peace of mind. I knew when I walked in the store and shook Pauls hand, he would take care of me. He recognized my brother immediately but didnt remember his name at first. Paul showed me the fan I would buy that day first, almost like he knew. He asked many questions, he knew his facts, and he was friendly but not pushy. He gave me a demonstration on why Dansfanscity is where quality meets expectations. I see why Oliver Handyman Services and yes, my brother recommended this as the one place you dont pass up if you want a nice fan. I look forward to buying a second one for my bedroom to swap out and will definitely look for Paul personally when I enter the store. He assured both of us if there is any concern, give him a call and they will fix the problem. Dan's Fan City is Fantastic. Manager Ryland and saleman Walt were patient answering all of our questions. They carefully explained so many things about fans that pertained to our home's situation. We had many options and they educated us so we could make an informed decision. There was no pressure. We did return the following week and purchased 6 new fans. I can't wait to see the new fans installed in my home!

I wouldn't say that going to buy new fans is something that excited me, but the experience here was better than expected. We received quite an education about fans, perused the selection, and found what we needed. They have a good selection and we've heard from people who have had their fans running 20+ years with no issues. If you are specifically looking at fans this is the place to go. Ryland was great helping us get what we needed.
