Honestly I like this place but the price is high for what you get and why I am really giving this place a low score is because there is absolutely no insulation between units. You can COMPLETELY AND CLEARLY hear your neighbor. Mine was a real jerk and could understand that yes you can hear me walking and eating and going to the bathroom but you don't have to announce it EVERY SINGLE TIME. For the year that I have been here every single day he has to comment on every step I take and every move I make. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Other than that I like this place but horrible insulation and high price.

To start off, this is one of the most beautiful complexes I've toured in my month long journey of apartment hunting, which is what drew me and my partner in and helped us make our final decision to call this place home. The leasing agent we spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable about the property and gave a wonderfully detailed tour of the property and unit we were interested in renting. That's kind of where the dream ended and things got a little messy. Upon arriving back to the office to crunch numbers, we were very pleased at the monthly rental fee that we would be paying and so the agent sent the offer letter and invitation to apply to my email. When we arrived home about an hour later we were excited and began filling out our applications and paid the application and administrative fees. This is were I'll take responsibility and say that I did not double check the application as I just trusted that I was doing an application for the unit and price discussed with the agent. I soon after realized that the unit was not even close to what was discussed in office and I had to wait until Monday to speak with anyone because they were closed for the day that Saturday and they are closed all day Sunday. Note: I never submitted my proof of income for verification after finding the error in hopes that things could be straightened when we spoke with someone on Monday so my application was never processed completely. After making several attempts to rectify the situation, I was told it's too late and nothing could be done about the error because there was no proof of any error being made. I was told that I can select another unit at a higher monthly rental fee and if I chose not to go forward with the application process, I'm simply out of $350 dollars and would not be able to get the unit and price offered to me that Saturday. I was told on Friday (as these communications went on for a 5 day work week) that there were other great units I could choose from and I would receive another email and we could go from there. I told the agent over the phone that we wouldn't be moving forward because of the confusion of the whole process and asked again about possibly getting the admin fee returned since no application was processed. I was again told no because it's non refundable and she would send an email that I would need to respond to formally to decline that day, but I never received the email and just sent an email to their office email per the leasing agent's advising. Apparently, speaking to a manager directly is not an option so I admit, I feel cheated and defeated. I understand that some fees are non refundable which I wasn't asking for the application fee back, just the administration fee as my application was never processed and it was pretty much done error. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided to renew our lease where we currently are, which we kind of didn't want to do, but time constraints and wasted timed has pushed us too close to what would have been our move out date. I'm thankful our current rental company for still accepting our renewal this late in the game. I'm not suggesting that if you're interested in moving here to not apply, because again it looks like resort style living at it's best, just make sure both you and your agent are sure about what you'll be paying and what unit you will be renting. DOULBE CHECK EVERYTHING THAT IS SENT TO YOU!

This property is beautiful, but the leasing team is a bit disappointing and has ruined any thoughts of choosing Paradise. How you handle Potential residents speaks volumes as to what the overall experience will be living there. Simply put, they lack accountability and the costs falls on the customer. We toured a property that we fell in love with only to find that it was not the property listed on the application, a glitch owned by the leasing agent. They were unwilling to correct it (we expected them too) but offered other floor plans for an increase in cost. We completed the application and paid the $200.00 admin fee, but the main applicant had not submitted financials. She was told that nothing was processed, yet when we requested the admin fee to be refunded as we were not moving forward, we were told everything was processed and is non-refundable. It was processed days after we began disputing. No need for the leasing team to apologize in their typical automated fashion on this post, its really just for potential residents to be mindful of what they are signing and paying for before doing so. So do not trust anyone to honor verbal contracts or fix things on the back end. It just might cost you. Also, be mindful that they do not address the secondary applicant, so if they attempt to contact get leasing team, they will not receive a response. Good hunting.
