Saddle Brook Landings Apartment & Townhome Community

I would be cautious, and read the lease very closely if you decide to rent from them. I called to get a copy of the lease to read through and they refused to send me a copy. I was told that they would only provide me a copy of the lease if I was going to rent an apartment. After explaining that I wouldnt consider renting from them if I could not read the lease beforehand, she wished me the best of luck. It would appear that they dont want you to actually read the lease. Hmmmmwonder why?

Dont apply with this company they dont refund administrative fees if your not approved. Although on the website it stats otherwise. Theyre stealing money from people who are trying to find a place to live. They keep more than application fee, they keep all fees Stay away.

If youre looking to move here, please be aware that only the two bedroom apartments have the luxurious look. The three and four bedrooms are NOT fully renovated which is very disappointing.
