The office staff works very unprofessional, your monthly rent collection system is disorganized so you always end up paying more due to the malfunction of the system. To this the staff is never responsible, if you talk to Jhon he does not find out what the issue is about and then when you talk to Maria he says that he understands you perfectly but that it is not in his hands to do anything, so if you are thinking of renting here, keep in mind meticulously controlled where your funds go
