Gary my tech and Suzie the scheduler were great. They are excellent communicators. As a female they did not treat me as if I were incapable of comprehending repairs my air conditioner may need. (I am bitter from another ac co). Gary was thorough, realistic and super helpful. I had installed a thermostat, he mentioned that it might not be as functionally sound. He looked at the duct work and drain lines. Gary is coming back to do some additional work once the parts come in. Bottom line the previous company wanted in excess of 2K for repairs, but recommended a new system at 24K intial price discounted down to 14K . Gary let me know they should be years left on the life of my current system with medium level repairs, all things being equal. I would highly recommend them. Small family owned business where the son (Gary) has been working with the father (an HVAC Expert) since he can remember. Clearly the business is/will be in good hands.
