I never thought having to replace an entire AC system could be anything but a horrible experience, But Hammond Air worked with me 3 days before I had to leave out of town, and they were able to install a new system to keep my family comfortable. They were Professional, Quiet (I work from home) and left my floor in better condition than when they arrived. On a Friday (6/23) night, Rhett was outstanding. He had another emergency call in front of mine. He still arrived around 9:30pm. Rhett went out of his way, to trying and trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix the problem. Rhett quoted us the cost, and showed up on Saturday around the same time he quoted. We now have air conditioning. Rhett is an asset to Hammond Air Conditioning!

Let me update this... So, came home this March day to find a big puddle on the floor. Uh-oh, a crack in the A/C pipe to an overflow. Not good. Who ya gonna call? Well, Bryan's come to the rescue before. Yup, he put in the fix again. Took all of 5 minutes. He made the repair. Quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. I can always count on Bryan and Hammond Air. BTW - He checked on the AC's systems too while he was there just to make sure everything was working well. In the heat of an August day our air conditioner started leaking. We placed a call and Bryan came out, same day, and quickly found the source and efficiently dealt with the problem. Not only, you'd never know he was there he left the area without a trace of water and cleaned things thoroughly. Bryan also provided practical advice to maintain the A/C's integrity to avoid a similar problem from developing in the future. His professional attitude, demeanor and approach to customer service was refreshing in a day and age when it is almost non-existent. Service: Repair HVAC
