        Used this company to fix our AC unit. They told us we needed a second return and some work. They put one in next to our fireplace and in the same room just a few feet from our other return. We wanted it in a different spot but we're told it wouldn't work. The repairs and return cost us $1,575.00. Within a few weeks of having our AC fixed it broke again. They came out and said it was over heating and melting the seals because they had missed a different issue. They said they would need to order new pieces which they would cover the price of but we would have to pay the $800 for their time to put them in. Also that it would take a week or so to get the parts. We ended up calling Air McCall for a second opinion and they were able to fix the AC within 20 min for less than $300. They said the problem was a very minor one easy to fix. They also said our second return was put in a nonsensical place. Needless to say we are happy to have a working AC unit again but feel cheated by Custom Heating and Air. Service: HVAC system repair
