        Disorganized company that can't get anything right. Progressive Radiology even dropped them as their billing agent because they were so incompetent. Attempts to get them to issue correct bills lead to little more than circular discussions (when they actually answer the phone) that lead nowhere.

        In the past I did have issues with not being answered when calling due to high call volume BUT recently I called and got help within 2 minutes. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable.

        Fraudulent company! Does not bill insurances correctly (medicaid in my instance) and sends them to collections. I also believe what they're doing is ILLEGAL under the NSA (No Surprises Act) that was effective January 1st, 2022.
