I hired KC for some tree trimming and removal, and I couldnt be happier with the results. His work exceeded my expectations, and his cleanup was exceptional. He has a strong work ethic thats hard to find these days. My neighbors were impressed and asked how many people were on the job. I told them its just KC, a one-man team, and after that, my entire cul-de-sac started using his services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We could not be happier with the job KC did at our property at the beach! We have four sabal palms and one cabbage palm that desperately needed a trim, and two that needed boots cleaned up. My entire experience working with KC and First Coast Arbor Co was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the trees! Most importantly, though, he offered a fair rate for the work AND he was a great listener; we could tell that he was here to do a good job. When he left, I was amazed with the cleanup job he did. No debris left in the yard & he hauled it all away! Couldn't have asked for better service. We will use First Coast Arbor again for sure! Thank you KC!

I DO NOT recommend this company! At first the communication was great. I sent Kevin a job, he quoted me, I agreed to the price and he scheduled me for the following Monday. On Monday I followed up to confirm our appointment he responded saying an emergency job popped up. No worries. From there, everything goes down hill. No further communication. I reach out, no response. Kevin claims he's not receiving messages despite getting all my messages when quoting me (excuses). I followed up several times with no reply. This company put me in a very bad position with the project manager. Delayed the project from closing and I was forced to find someone else to complete the work. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

We had a need for job, but on a short notice. KC was able to fit us in quickly. Clean job, and very professional.
