I signed up for this class online. I found the online courses to be very user friendly and easy to navigate through. I was stuck on one chapter and was able to contact an instructor who helped me through.
I recommend this online school to anyone looking to further there career in Real Estate.

Finally learning from a teacher who actually is a long time business man who has negotiated commercial deals, residential deals and knows the industry inside and out. Through out the years he explains how he found himself on both sides of the negotiations. He believes most commercial business fails because of a bad lease. He also has taught me how to excel in a down market. After I graduated I made 17K in the first two months. THANKS JEFF
