I'm a local realtor, and today I closed my 174th home -- my FIRST with Christina Tatum and Atlantic Coast Title. Even my buyers commented on how completely Christina explained each document... She covered the details in a concise, easy-to-understand way. She explained the homesteading benefits so thoroughly that I actually learned something new! I was very impressed with the Jacksonville Beach office in general -- the receptionist was very friendly and attentive -- and with Christina Tatum in particular.
