      image Received a parking ticket without proper protocol after verbal confirmation from the attendant that I did not receive a ticket. Then got a secondary notice in the mail that I did receive an ticket, protocol was not followed as well as I was extremely confused by the ticket. The wrong contact information was on the documentation, I was unable to reach anybody to resolve the issue. Have been trying to reach the company since September, and they finally reached out to me. The gentleman I spoke to Scott is incredibly rude and hung up on me. Wish I could give negative stars. Will never park with SP+ again.
