Hard to believe a place like this allows dogs in the dining room as if its a sidewalk cafe. I was there Thursday night, March 28 and a dog starts barking from under another patrons table.

My rating is based upon expectations. The food, service and atmosphere were no better than found at nearby restaurants, in fact others at a lower price point were better. 5 fish choices instead of 3, is that impressive? Special presentations maybe? I ordered tuna, wasabi, ginger app off menu while wife ordered special wahoo tuna app with different description and they were plated absolutely identically. So much so we asked if there was a mistake. No taste difference either, so what's the point? Choice liquors to tempt us? No. Beer and wine only. Less seating so more attentive service? Absolutely not, just Keys average at best. We have no compelling reason to return.
