Booked through Expedia and my son got Covid so we had to cancel our trip. Expedia tried to contact them to get initiate a refund multiple times over a 2 week period and they would not return their calls or emails. I lost out on the money and when I do return I won't be staying there.

4 days with no room service after every day we requested room service. We got OH were so sorry and nothing was done the next day

DO NOT STAY HERE. It has cockroaches. We opened our dresser with our clothes in it and cockroaches by the dozens ran all over. We had no where else to stay on Spring break. We slept with the lights on. Always out of towels. No regular room service. One room service person said they have an honesty problem and asked for a tip. Dont be fooled. We loved Florida but not the hotel. We asked for a partial refund and they will not do anything. They avoid calls and lie to you. We werent looking for a full refund but just to talk with us about it. They will not do it. Please take this review serious.

Room was clean, they did miss one day of room service, our bathroom had a sign do not flush paper or anything down it that is disappointing and should be fixed.
