        Dave is the individual you need to hire if you are looking for professionalism in communication, expeditious results from his findings and someone that truly has the human touch. Anyone can inspect, but with his exhaustive background in the trades in building and even a background in R/E as well, his skills together are tough to find if you want someone in the know. This guy and his company are the complete package and I would highly recommend he and his firm.
