Ill never never go back to this location. I specifically requested Theresa, because when my husband died, my father-in-law told me she was the best I went to her last year and she did a great job but this year she decided to put me with somebody else which didnt know my situation because she had a meeting she told me so couldnt take me on my appointment time. The new lady didnt know all of my taxes, and I had to explain to her that my husband died, and all of the business, and so forth or was educated enough in my tax information to handle my taxes. The fact that I made an appointment and then she shoved me off of someone else did not make me feel like she cared, nor did it matter whether or not I was there, so since I have just a number, I will never go back to this place. Which I understand people have things come up but if that was the case, I wouldve gladly rescheduled and gone back with her, but she insists that I use this other lady, so I attempted to do that, but never again. The lady who helped didnt even spell my name correctly on the taxes, come to find out when I went to another location.
