An awesome experience from ordering to the pickup of the Sod! The girls were so informative and the sod was fresh cut and worked perfectly in our yard.

Quality of sod was beyond poor. The middle of the pallet was all broken pieces as well as the obliterated bottom that this company had the audacity to charge $10 for a pallet that completely fell apart after cleaning all the mess up from the bottom. Needless to say first and last purchase from a low quality product provider. I only gave 2 stars because the ladies were nice.

The employees of citrus sod were very kind and that is why I am not leaving a 1 star review I have nothing bad to say about the employees there. But I ordered Bermuda pallets. The top two rows of the pallet were okay. Good cuts that I could lay without problem. But below that. Was nothing but ripped up. Awful quality sod that. Could not use for the job. Nearly a quarter of the pallet was completely not usable. And because of this I did not have enough to finish the job when I called to express my experience with the owner. Theyrefused to do anything to help they refused to get me any more sod so I was able to complete the job unless I ordered a entire pallet which I did not need I would have had enough if the sod they sold me was usable. I would not use them again for further jobs unles they are able to make this right Update 9/9 - owners did nothing to resolve the problem I had to go to another sod company to be able to complete the job since they were un willing to help make this right I did not have Enough sod to compete the job because the pallets they sold me were unusable only the top 1/3rd of the pallet was decent cuts I will not use them again and not recommend them to other companies
