Had the pleasure of working with JR Wasoba as my sellers realtor. He was very communicative and had my house under contract and sold in just about 2 months of listing it. He even helped out with fixing something the appraiser needed fixed. Id recommend him to anyone. His team was very helpful as well.

My husband and I had the pleasure with working with JR as our realtor. He and his team, including Mindy and Mazin are absolutely wonderful to work with! They made the purchase of our home so smooth, answered all of my many questions and always with great professionalism. My best friend that lives in a different state is a realtor, so I had questions that most people would not think to ask. After looking at the home and we knew we loved it and the area, JR drove us around the community and showed us all of the great amenities. We walked around and saw many people, I felt as if we were with a famous movie star! Everyone knew him and numerous people told my husband and I that we were in great hands, I can now attest that they were 100% correct! Everything from putting in an offer to closing was easy and smooth! I HIGHLY recommend JR and his rockstar team!! If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would because they deserve them!
