Bad management, not giving people the title when they buy a trailer from the park and try to give a bill of sale with no VIN# The owner showed up at my place and walked in without knocking with I moved in and didn't leave when I asked him to, I was working remotely on the phone and I told him that and he still continued to talk. Very rude. They also told me that I basically had to eat the $500 for lot rent I paid for the month already, and I moved out the beginning of the month. Just poor management all around.
