Inverness by Focus Homes

Focus homes is nothing more than Maronda homes. They have changed the name of their construction company in the Marion county area because their reputation got so bad. They will use the cheapest materials possible, including inferior concrete and blocks. We are only 7months into ownership and ours is already falling apart. The driveway and back patio have to be pulled and re poured, the stucco needs to be completely replaced on on wall, and the smoke detectors don't even detect smoke! If you are already stuck in a contract, you will probably wait about 16 months to get your home, but don't let them rush you. Hire a home inspector to help with you walkthrough. They no how to deal with those bullies and they will save you months of headaches and possibly thousands in repairs... RUN!

Lisa was great at explain everything that focus homes offer. Free Frigerator, free car opener for the garage door. She also said they can build on your own piece of property that me and my wife owns. She was a great people person. Focus homes also have great floor plans and different floor plans that they can offer for me and my family. Service: Home building
