        The four stars are only thanks to Hanora, an exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and caring lady. She went out of her way to ease my frustration caused by many other colleagues of hers and the endless jungle of bureaucracy that reigns in this building. Other than that, it is unacceptable that it takes two weeks for a piece of paper to be signed because the judge is on vacation. This is how our taxes are used. When I pointed this out, I was met with silence, resistance and employees hanging the phone up on me. We pay your salaries. Maybe rethink your career choice if you're not OK with serving the public. Again, to close on a positive note, Hanora, you're the best, I'm infinitely grateful to you!
