I was made aware of a court date and had less than 24 hours to find an attorney. I called at least 15 attorneys, and I was lucky enough to find Eric. He made time to review my case, showed up at court the next day, and had the motion dismissed. I am so happy with the outcome! I did not think I would be able to find anybody in time. He was professional the whole time, explained the process and options before and after court, and I am confident he will continue to be there for me in the future.

This is the worst lawyer in Florida. He takes your money up front then does not show up in court. He strung me along for almost 2 years then, miraculously was able to obtain a hearing within a week, after I informed him that I was going to speak to the state attorney myself. He did not show up for the court appearance and I had to fire him over the phone. while I was in the dock, in order to have my case heard. If I could give him no stars I would. Hire him at your own peril.

Top notch attorney you can't go wrong hiring Eric Evilsizer. Eric is well versed in the law. He is honest and sincere and cared about my case. Mr.Evilsir never gave me Bs about what was going on or feed me a pipe dream. He worked through the legal process like a pro never leaving me behind. Even when I was asking for outrageous counter plees. Eric gave me his honest opinion on its probability. There were times I was being stubborn and Eric told me point blank they would never go for that. Then turn around and still ask for my sake. Eric helped me get the best outcome possible for my legal case. Even after I was convicted and released from jail months later he was still in my corner. Filing motions to help me get things squared away with probation. I would highly suggest if you're reading this to give him a call you have found your attorny he will fight for you and not just walk away once the gavel hits. He is worth every dollar and some.
