Dawn really helped to make a complicated process manageable for us at a time when the family was grieving. Her process is clear and understandable, she makes sure that the forms are complete and you are prepared to sign them as they arrive. Given all the other attorneys and probate services we spoke with in FLa, her fees were very very reasonable. She (not a paralegal or administrative person) responds to all questions - especially those submitted via email. And, if an issue is urgent, she responds as necessary. Dawn really does personally walk with you through the probate process from the very start to the very end. She is clear, transparent and, I believe, trustworthy. We always felt that we could rely on her. She earns the highest ratings.
