Lighting Etc

I spent 40k in lights. It was the worst experience I have ever had with sales reps. They fired the first one who was late to both of my appointments with them and she took my order with her. I spent another couple of days redoing my order. My order finally comes in and they had switched one of my chandeliers with a floor model with missing parts and did not make it right. It has been horrible trying to get our rep to do anything. Update: They have made things better. They stepped up to make things right.

Misti is awesome! You should ALWAYS keep her happy - she is your best asset!!!!! I would never have bought from you had it not been for her - she worked with me during off hours and was always there for me!!! We love her! She is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
