This company is why I have trust issues... They dropped trees on my retention wall and destroyed it. They broke my fence. They left garbage on my lawn. They even left chicken wing bones on the lawn which my dog ate. When I asked Corey about fixing the retention wall he said he'd send someone over twice but he never did. There's dozens of other companies that trim trees, why would you risk working with these guys? Service: Tree removal

Cory came by and gave me an estimate to trim some palm trees. Estimate was fair. The work was sub contracted to A1 Arbor Masters and the palms were cut as requested. The part that didnt go well was A1 Arbor Masters said they could not haul away the debris and assured me the city would pick it up as I asked multiple times. The next day the city left a note that they would note be picking up our debris. With hurricane Ian approaching I needed this debris gone and had to pay another company $150 to remove the palm tree debris. As the debris removal company picked up the palm tree debris we found out that A1 Arbor Masters left debris from another job (about 5 trash cans worth of pine needles and pine cones) under our palm tree debris. The removal company was unable to remove it all and I have been left with cleaning up the pine tree debris that wasnt even from the job we paid for. Cory is working to resolve the issue and I will update this review once it is. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

The workers did excellent work very quickly (1 acre+ of dense jungle). They are a tad slow on cleanup (usually a few days for a pickup of debris). But overall the amount of work they did for the price was amazing. They operate old school too, no heavy equipment just skilled climbers and an army of brush clearers. The foreman Mario is very good about making sure you get the result that you wanted and fill fix anything that might have been missed no problem. Would recommend.
