FL Sundowner Gulffront Beach House

The location is perfect and the home is very well appointed. It's clear that a lot of careful thought went in to creating a relaxing beach getaway. The view from the deck was stellar with the beach just a few steps away so we could come and go throughout the day without having to carry a bunch of stuff down to the beach each day. We're a family that likes to cook and we were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed in the kitchen to produce some memorable meals. The beds and other furnishings are beach appropriate and very comfortable. Kathleen was responsive and easy to work with. Our stay was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Nice place! Great location! Parking was easy and close to everything you would want food wise and entertainment wise! We only had 4 people but plenty of room for more than that. Couch was comfy to hang out and relax after long day. The back porch for coffee in the morning was perfect listening to the waves while starting the day. Plenty of toys down below to take to beach. Within walking distance to some great food! We all enjoyed the place and the trip!

Florida Sundowner Beach House were great accommodations for our family of 11 plus local family to visit. Ice cold air kept us comfortably chilled upstairs. Amazing view of the gulf, awesome shade space underneath to gather, a perfect size fenced in grassy backyard for the grandkids to play. And of course steps to IRB which is great. Reminds me of when I lived here many years ago. The host is very accommodating and I recommend it without hesitation.
